This is to inform the public that Meridis has submitted an application for a Payment Service Provider (PSP) Licence under the National Payment Systems Act.

The said application is still being processed by the Bank of Mauritius.

Meridis hereby clarifies that, at this point in time, it is not the holder of a PSP licence and accordingly is not entitled to offer digital virtual cards to corporates.
