Notice is hereby given that a dividend of Rs 1.10 per share in respect of the financial year ending 31 December 2024 has been declared payable to shareholders of the Company registered at the close of business on 11 March 2025.

The Dividend will be paid on or about 27 March 2025 and the Company’s shares will be traded cum-dividend up to the market day of 06 March 2025 and ex-dividend on 07 March 2025.
