Une session d'explications sur les règlements de la compétition inter-collèges ‘2025 Omnicane Award’ s’est déroulée en présence d’au moins 250 collégiens de Grade 11 (ex-Form V), Grades 12 & 13 (ex-Lower and Upper VI) et leurs instituteurs, au Philippe Bonâme Hall, Mauritius Cane Industry Authority, à Réduit, ce mercredi 4 mars 2026.

Further to the Communiqué issued on 24 October 2025, the Board of Directors of Omnicane Limited (‘Omnicane’) wishes to inform its shareholders and the public in general that all the regulatory approvals have been obtained in connection with the acquisition of the entire shareholding of SPICE Finance Ltd by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Omnicane Management & Consultancy Limited (the ‘Transaction’). The Transaction is now completed.

The shareholders of Omnicane and the public are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the shares of Omnicane.

Notice is hereby given that a dividend of Rs1.10 per share, in respect of the financial year ending 31 December 2025, has been declared payable to shareholders of the Company registered at the close of business on 13 March 2026.

The Dividend will be paid on or about 27 March 2026 and the Company’s shares will be traded cum-dividend up to the market day of 09 March 2026 and ex-dividend on 10 March 2026.

The Corporate Council on Africa (CCA) has awarded its prestigious U.S.-Africa Business Summit to Mauritius, scheduled for 26–29 July 2026. The Transaction is subject to the satisfaction of certain conditions precedent including securing approval from all the appropriate authorities.
