98th Annual Meeting of Shareholders
Omnicane held its 98th Annual Meeting of Shareholders at the Holiday Inn Mauritius Mon Trésor, Plaine Magnien, this Friday 28 June 2024.
The meeting was presided by Mr. Jimmy Tong Sam, Chairperson of Omnicane. Mr. Jacques M. d’Unienville, GOSK, CEO of Omnicane, made a presentation on the highlights of the company during 2023. He also mentioned the short-term projects for 2024 and 2025.
Cérémonie de prières inter-religieuse à l’usine d’Omnicane
La cérémonie de prières inter-religieuse, dans le cadre de la prochaine saison de la coupe cannière, s’est déroulée à l’usine d’Omnicane, à La Baraque, L’Escalier, le jeudi 27 juin 2024.
Cérémonie présidée par le père Henri Arthé et animée par des dignitaires de différentes fois religieuses.
Le personnel présent, ainsi que les équipements, ont été bénis.
Mme Neera Devi Chummun, qui compte 31 ans de service et qui a fait valoir ses droits à la retraite, a hissé le drapeau d’Omnicane.
